About Me

I am fully qualified and insured for all treatments. I only offer Home Visits in Leighton Buzzard and also surrounding villages. Mindfulness and TFT can also be arranged as a Skype session.

I have always had an interest in complementary therapies but only put this into practice in 2006 when I studied Reflexology and went on to specialise in Maternity Reflexology in 2007. I then made the move from being a part time therapist to making my reflexology business my full time job in 2008.

Reflexology has now become my main therapy. I find reflexology truly fascinating and am lucky enough to really love the work that I do. I still find myself excited and amazed at the difference that reflexology and massage can make for each of my clients.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and appear as a qualified therapist on their website www.fht.org.uk and I hold full insurance for all my treatments. I also have had an enhanced CRB check for my volunteer work offering reflexology at the Cancer Care Unit at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and my paid work as Penny Brohn reflexologist at Linford Wood Medical Centre in Milton Keynes.
